Terms & Conditions
The terms that govern your use of the Commercial Plumber Sacramento website and the commercial plumbing services provided.
Last updated: February 2026
Agreement
Using this website means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site. These terms apply to the website only. Plumbing work is governed by the separate written contract or work authorisation signed for each job.
Use of the site
This site may be used for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse it, attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, or copy its content without written permission. All text, images, logos and layout on this site remain the property of Commercial Plumber Sacramento.
Estimates and quotes
Prices shown on this site are examples, not offers. A binding price is issued only after an on-site assessment, in a written and itemised estimate. Estimates remain valid for 30 days unless stated otherwise. Scope changes discovered during work are quoted and approved in writing before the additional work proceeds.
Service disclaimer
Content on this site is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. Commercial plumbing work is subject to local codes, permits and inspection, and specific requirements vary by property, occupancy type and jurisdiction. Nothing on this site is a substitute for an on-site assessment by a licensed plumber.
Workmanship warranty
Completed repairs carry a written workmanship warranty stated on the invoice. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are passed through to the property owner and are subject to the manufacturer's own terms. The warranty does not cover damage from misuse, third-party work, freezing, or failure to perform recommended maintenance.
Emergency service
Emergency dispatch runs 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Response times quoted on this site are averages, not guarantees. Actual arrival depends on distance, traffic, weather and the number of active calls.
Payment
Invoices are due on the terms stated on the invoice. Work on new commercial accounts may require a deposit. Unpaid balances may be subject to late fees permitted by California law.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent allowed by law, Commercial Plumber Sacramento is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of this website. Liability for plumbing services is governed by the signed contract for that job and by California law.
Third-party links
This site may link to third-party websites. Those sites are not controlled by Commercial Plumber Sacramento, and no responsibility is taken for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be handled in Sacramento County, California.
